Endorsements

“I, Theodore Jackson, am supporting and endorsing Jim Hammock for Sheriff of Hall County. I arrived as the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Atlanta Division for the State of Georgia in 1999. The Sheriff’s Office and the FBI worked as partners in law enforcement to protect the citizens of Hall County.

I was elected Sheriff of Fulton County in 2008, and continued the relationship with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office as partners in public safety efforts, during my first three terms in office.

I am supporting Candidate Hammock because I believe he will bring leadership, professionalism, respect and cooperation with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies as well as business and community organizations.

Please join me in the support of a candidate that understands that progress is moving forward not backwards. I feel Jim Hammock will make you proud of the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. I firmly believe that the initiatives he is proposing will modernize the future of law enforcement in Hall County.”

Meredith Pierce

“I, Meredith Pierce, am supporting and endorsing Jim Hammock for Sheriff of Hall County. I have known Jim for ten years and he has been a faithful volunteer for the past two years at Path United, the non-profit where I am Regional Director. At Path, we serve the Baker & Glover mobile home community with programs and support to walk alongside kids K-12 as they work their way toward high school graduation and to thriving adulthood. Jim works with the middle school aged boys and is a calming force, has so much wisdom to impart and the boys look up to him as a mentor.

I am supporting candidate Jim Hammock because I believe that he will bring great leadership, integrity, respect and fairness to the citizens of Hall County. In addition to this, I believe that his background working for the FBI will serve him well and that he will work both internally and cooperatively with other agencies to make our region safer for everyone.

Please join me in supporting a candidate that will work tirelessly to serve Hall County. I believe that if Jim Hammock is elected as Sheriff, he will build upon the systems already in place, but also create positive changes to help make Hall County a better and safer place.”

“I, Joseph V. Cavallo, am supporting Jim Hammock, for Sheriff of Hall County.

As Chairman of the Atlanta Chapter of the Society of Former Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, I have known and worked with Jim since 2013 when he was transferred to the Atlanta Division.

Jim has actively managed and participated in firearms qualifications for retired FBI Agents and was instrumental in the inspiration for, and organization of, the now annual FBI Birthday Celebrations attended by the FBI Director. He has tirelessly strived to organize and participate in community relations programs sponsored by the FBI and Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.

As a nationally recognized consultant and expert in Police Practices and Procedures who has worked with countless law enforcement agencies throughout the world, recognizing the outstanding professionalism, integrity, work ethic and personal qualifications that Jim Hammock possess is why I am able to wholeheartedly endorse him.

He is certainly the right person, for the right job at the right time.”
